Mubasher: Jordan’s Al Bilad Medical Services announced that shareholders, in an extraordinary general meeting, approved an increase in its capital.

The Amman listed company said that its capital will be raised to JOD30 million from JOD 22 million, according to a statement published on the bourse’s website Monday.

The company previously reported an increase in its half-year profit by 172.76% to JOD2.23 million (around $3.13 million).
